Do you accept Illinois Public Aid and All-Kid?
Yes; we work together with the family, physician, and state of Illinois to ensure funding to provide the necessary equipment.


Do we need a physician′s order for the equipment?
Yes


How do we obtain the physician′s order?
The family can visit the physician and obtain the order or we can contact your physician for you.


How long does the process take?
This depends upon the funding source and the physician′s response time. The process varies between 2-8 weeks. At times it may be longer with special circumstances.


Will someone deliver/assemble/explain the equipment?
Yes; one of our therapists will deliver/assemble/instruct regarding the equipment.


Will ICG maintain the equipment?
Yes; if something breaks or requires adjustment we will provide the necessary assistance.
